Please reach out to your IT administrator before making any changes to your network settings.
DNS Allowlist
In order to guarantee that BarTender Track & Trace meets the highest security standards, the platform has moved away from static IP-based allowlisting. Instead it is recommended to use DNS-based (FQDN) firewall rules.
You will need to allow outbound access in your Firewall settings for the following hostnames to ensure access to Track & Trace:

| SFTP | TCP | sftp.mojixretail.io sftp3.ytem.io |
This would replace any IP addresses that are currently whitelisted in your firewall settings.
