Configure Your Track & Trace Tenant
Overview
In order to streamline tenant administration, Track & Trace includes a centralized Settings page that allows you to configure and manage tenant-wide behavior and operational settings.
This article will provide an overview of the settings options currently available to users.

Information
Accessing the Settings Page
- Click on Settings at the bottom of the navigation menu on the left.
- Click on Track & Trace which appears in the navigation menu.
- Make sure the Settings tab is selected at the top.
Settings Page Layout
- Settings groups: The sub sections of settings. In the current version only Inventory settings are available.
- Main panel: The main panel where the settings for the selected group are displayed.
Once you have configured the inventory settings to your liking you can click the Save Changes button in the top right to commit your changes.
Inventory
- In Stock Window: Sets the maximum age, in days, for items in active inventory. Only items within this age window are considered when calculating available stock.
- Inventory Mode: When enabled, inventory counting operates in blind mode, meaning that current stock levels are not considered during the counting process.
Lifecycle
- Activate Status button: Allows you to add additional Statuses from a predefined list. These can be customized later.
- Status information columns: Displays the name, description and behaviour for each Status.
- In Stock checkbox: Determines whether this status corresponds to items which are in stock.
- Actions column: Allows you to delete the status.
Edit Status
When you click on any of the entries in the Active Status table, a side panel will slide in from the right to allow you to modify the status characteristics. Along the top of the panel, 3 tabs will allow users to modify different aspects of the Status.
General
This tab contains the basic descriptive elements for the Status such as its name, identifier and descriptions.
Visual
This tab provides a collection of icons to choose from for the status icon.
Status Change
This tab offers several rules to choose from to define the status change conditions for your status.
Activate Status
- Click on the Activate Status button in the top right.
- A panel slides in from the right with preconfigured Status options.
- Click on a status that you would like to activate.
- Click the Add button at the bottom.
Master Data
- Primary Product Key: Choose whether the product identifier will be based on the GS1 GTIN standard or the product's own SKU.
- GS1 Compatibility Mode: A 6 to 12 digit prefix for your Product key based on the GS1 GTIN Standard.
- Category Hierarchy Levels: Allows you to customize the organizational structure for your master data.
Additional settings groups will be made available in the future.
