Create Downloadable Reports with Track & Trace
Overview
BarTender Track & Trace enables users to leverage the full set of data points collected across the supply chain by aggregating and synthesizing them into structured reports and analytical views. These reports support monitoring, auditing, and performance analysis across logistics operations.
This article will provide a guide on how to use the Track & Trace web console to view generate and export different kinds of supply chain reports.

Information
Item Detail
Use the Item Detail report to locate an asset in the BarTender Track & Trace console.
- Select Inventory > Disposition > Item Detail.
- Fill in the search criteria in the search form to narrow down the results. Except for the Cycle count date, all criteria are optional.
- Make sure Table View is enabled and click Run in the top right to display the search results.
- Click on the 🛈 icon to get a description for each table entry.
Stock Availability
The Stock Dashboard displays stock availability on the sales floor.
- Click Task > Replenishment > Stock Dashboard.
- On the Stock Dashboard page, click the Add Filters button and choose your filters.
- If necessary, you can select the site you want to work with in the Site dropdown. The data displaying in the Stock Availability section is directly related to the Site filter.
- Select All.
- You can add columns to the displayed table by selecting and moving the columns you want from the Available Columns list to the Columns to Display list.
- Hold the pointer over the 🛈 icon to get a description for each Asset.
Downloading Item Detail and Stock Availability Reports
The Item Details table can be downloaded to a CSV file, then reviewed in a spreadsheet such as Excel.
- Select the Export icon in the top right of the table:
- Select how you would like the data to be exported:
- Table Extract: The table export contains the information displayed in the columns.
- Raw Data Extract: The table export contains all the information in the available columns, even those not displayed.
- The file will be downloaded to your local device.
Downloading Inbound or Outbound Order Details
The Receiving/Shipping Order Details per Order tables display detailed reception and shipping data respectively. For more information on how to use them please refer to this article.
The data from these tables can be downloaded to a CSV file as follows:
- Select the export icon on the top right of the table.
- Select how you would like the data to be exported.
- Table Extract: The table export contains the information displayed in the columns.
- Raw Data Extract: The table export contains all the information in the available columns, even those not displayed.
- The file will be downloaded to your local device.
