Global Settings for BarTender Cloud
Overview
This article will go over the configurations available in the Administration > Global Settings section for BarTender Cloud. The Global Settings allow you to modify your account information, such as company details and contact addresses.

Global Settings
In order to access the Global Settings, you will need to follow the steps below:
- Click on Administration in the left-hand menu and select Global Settings.
On this screen, it is possible to:
- Change your Company Name and Primary Address.
- View your subscription details: Support Number, Subscription Plan, and Expiration Date (Valid Through).
- Email address for BarTender Points of Contact:
- Primary BarTender Cloud user.
- Billing Email.
- Your designated Technical Administration Email for this tenant.
Security
In the Security section, click the switch labeled Automatically warn and logout inactive users to allow the configuration for how long it takes an inactive user to be logged out of BarTender Cloud automatically. Additionally, choose to enable a warning for the user before they are logged out.
