When you check to see if the BarTender Integration Service is running, Windows reports that it is, but your integration is still not functioning.

Solution

The cause lies with .NET 6, and you must uninstall and reinstall it. To resolve the issue:

1. Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features and uninstall .NET Runtime 6.x and ASP.NET Core 6.x.

2. Restart your computer.
3. Go here and download/install ASP.NET Core Runtime 6.0.26 and .NET Runtime 6.0.36. It must be the latest version.

4. Restart your computer once more.
