Fonts on a label keep getting set to random widths when printing.

I have a label that is in a network drive and shared by multiple users using Print Station. Every now and then it gets reported that the label isn't printing correctly and when I check the label in designer the text is all set to varying larger widths. I

The font is the Zebra Condensed and it's all set to the same size by design, but the widths will be for example 382% in one area and 157% when opening the label. No consistency but enough to make the label unreadable. 

The label is not being opened in designer and saved, it's happening at some point when they are printing through Print Station, but I haven't pinpointed how and am looking for how I can prevent this in the future. Right now I just replace the file with a backup to get us up and running.

  It sounds like an issue we came across on a customer's site a little while ago, where the scaling of some fields on the labels would suddenly change from 100% to a different value. 

  The customer was running BarTender 2019 linked to some Sato printers. I can't now remember what the solution was but I think it was resolved by updating to a later service release although I am not sure.
