Upgrading from 219 r9 to latest
We have a client that is running 219 r9 automation edition that keeps crashing.
It is currently activated and we are wondering what are the options to upgrade?
Do we just download the 2021 version or the 2022 version and do we need a new license key or just install over the old one?

If you have an active Maintenance Agreement in force then you can just upgrade for free but if not you would need to either purchase the upgrade/take out Maintenance cover (which would include a backpay element)
