Using History Explorer under Citrix

Hello,

 

I have a question about History Explorer.

Is it possible to use this under Citrix? So that all print jobs of all users who print labels on the Citrix server are logged?

 

We have tried this but the History Explorer only logs the print jobs of the user who has installed the History Explorer.

 

Is there a way to do this?

So the Question was: Support Seagull Historie Explorer with Citrix?

  There shouldn't be issues with History Explorer on Citrix environments. In order to properly troubleshoot this issue, we would need more information regarding your environment:
  
  

  • What Windows versions are you using in your Citrix environment?
    
    

  • Are the permissions to system database set up?
    
    Options for configuring BarTender System Database permissions
    
    If you are using Windows authentication, you will need to configure permissions for every user.
    
    

  • Do you have print job logging enabled in Admin Console?
