limitation of Bartender Trail License

When I open a templated label which was designed by vendor,

some text are overlapped. 

is it also due to trail license? or are templated label source problem?

  I dont think so, but it looks like it could be a font issue. Is your customer using a specific printer or font that you do not have installed on your PC?
