Convert 2022 labels to 2021

Hi

We had an install issue with a user who used 2022 instead of 2021 and now all the labels created cant be used and need this urgently.

Is there a way to convert these 2022 labels to 2021 or a way to open them so we can copy it as new saved labels in 2021?

  You will need to open the labels in the 2022 software and then re-save them as 2021 label formats.

  If you adjust the Administer > BarTender Document Setup to version 2021 on that PC first then when ever you save the label it should automatically have that version to save as set already without the need to adjust this.
