Connect a Marques BM1000 scale to the Bartender

I'm doing tests to connect a customer's Marques BM1000 scale to the Bartender he wants to buy, but I'm not able to. The scale is configured to use the Mettler protocol and the Mettler Toledo PS60 protocol is chosen for the bartender. When I carry out the connection test, they are communicating, the scale sends a message which includes the real value that is on the scale, but Bartenden cannot identify it and the net weight is always zero in the value. Can you help me?
