Image being compressed when printing

Every 5-10 labels, the label will print as if the image is being squished together in one area all along the width of the label. See attached pic.

Any ideas what settings I should check out?

  That looks to me like it could be a hardware issue. Looking at the fonts my guess they are TrueType fonts and so the printing file will be sent to the printer as a graphic with a print X copies command in it.

  May sound a daft suggestion, but have you tried flipping the label template by 180 degrees and see what that does?
