  The error message that you are experiencing could be due to a variety of issues, usually linked to file corruption. Could you try to install BarTender on a secondary machine? Does BarTender install? If so, we would advise reaching your IT department in order to test your workstation's file integrity, as errors such as these can sometimes be fixed by running health restore commands (i.e. "sfc /scannow" and the like) as there may be an underlying issue with Windows preventing the installation.
