Web Integration Issue - Same Label BTW File - Different Printers - Label Prints in Different Positions

I'm trying to find a solution I am having.

We are currently running BarTender 2021 R7.

I have an Integration using a Web Service to print a label.  The webservice accepts the Printer as an input variable.

We are using 1 label format (STANDARD.BTW) on three different printers

Printer A -   Datamax I-4208 
Printer B -  Datamax I-4212e
Printer C -  Datamax I-4212e

All printers are using the latest Seagull Drivers.

When we print via the Web Service sending to :
Printer A it would be printed correctly.
Printer B would be offset incorrect
Printer C would be offset between two labels.

All settings are set to Default.   Printer Parameters (via Printer) are the same as well.  

If you open the STANDARD.BTW within BarTender Designer and Print all print, the resulting labels are all in the correct position.  However with BarTender Integration positions are not correct.

Suggestions on how to resolve?

  In order to properly troubleshoot this issue, we would benefit from gathering some more information:
  
  

  • Could you create a test label and print it via integrations on the 3 printers? If there is no offset with the test label, perhaps this could be an issue with the label itself.

  • Also, do you see any "warning" or "error" messages at the time of printing on Integration Builder? If so, could you reference these messages to us?
