Printing inconsistency using zebra printer

    Hello Bhupesh,

    Welcome to the BarTender Community Forums!

    When you mention the BarTender software misses, could you clarify what the issue is? Do some print jobs disappear from the queue, for example?

    Is this a new occurrence, or has it been going for a while? 

    Also, could you tell us what Windows operating systems are you using on the affected machines using BarTender 10.1? Please remember BarTender 10.1 is no longer supported and it could have compatibility issues with newer Windows operating systems. You can review our list of supported Windows O.S. with BarTender here. In case the affected machines are on a newer O.S., we would advise you to update your BarTender version.
