  The error message "There was an error during the Windows feature configuration process." will occur if the prerequisite .NET Framework 3.5 & 4.5.2 or higher features are not enabled on the computer.
  
  I would recommend installing and enabling these in order to solve this issue. You can find out more about .NET Framework and how to deploy and enable it in the following documentation:

  • Install .NET Framework on Windows

  Hopefully, installing these will solve the issue, if not please let us know!
