Since we migrated Bartender to Azure problems with labels moving

Hi,

Since a month we moved Bartender to a azure windows virtual machine.

Mostly it is all fine.

But sometimes we have that labels begin to move until they are just shifted on the next label.

It then mostly helps to shutdown the printer for a few minutes and start all over.

How can we fix this since we didnt have this when we were on old server BT2019

Now its 2021 version with latest 2021.2 drivers for TEC printers

  That sounds like there is a difference in the settings of the driver on the server possibly the sensor setting so you may want to check these.
