    Hello Elior, thanks for reaching out! The fact that no printers appear in this list (Printer Setup list) means you should check what printers are available to you from Windows (Control Panel). If you do find printers there, perhaps you need to restart the Administration Console as an Admin (right-click)? If this doesn't work for you, I would highly advise opening up a request with Technical Support instead.
