Is it possible to select and fix some information change other

I would like to be able to have the ability to select some information once when the print button is pressed

Then have another field that is repeated until cancelled. This is step by step of what I need to do

I am trying to accomplish:
-opening a Bartender file,
-click print,
-Get prompted for a ID,
-scan a ID,
-based off of the ID, some of the data changes (either from a database or template) and remains the same until cancelled
next prompt for a number (when scanned), (doesn't change ID loaded information)
-prints label
-returns to number prompt and repeats number requests until cancelled (without requesting ID until cancelled, and doesn't change ID loaded information)
