Print Portal and Form Action Variables

I have built out a template that has a Form Action that inserts into a DB before it prints the label.  In Designer, it works great!  The Variables pass thru and all is good.

In Print Portal, from what I can tell, it seems to be working.  The SQL runs but, the variables are no longer being passed.  All I did was add the template to Print Portal.  Print Portal displays what is in use with Librarian.

The Variables are Named Data Sources and are part of the Data Entry field.  What am I missing?

  You may need to check that rights been used to access the database. If you are using the user rights to access the SQL then that could be the issue. Designer will use the rights of the person logged into the PC whilst Print Portal will use the rights of the IIS_Webprint user account
