Error 3631 - Document Express Capability is Required to use this function

I am getting this error - it relates to some of the picture files I have stored, I think. I can't print a document because of it - but I can't find any information on this and what exactly it means to help me resolve.  Any info anyone has would be greatly appreciated.

  Hi Linda, thanks for your post! This is the first time I've heard of this error, we don't have an immediate answer, unfortunately. It would be best for you to open up a case with the Technical Support team at Get Support.

  Make sure to include a copy of your label, images, and even a screenshot of the error message when you open your case. Thanks again!
