Only Print to File option?

Our software was working fine, connected to a Zebra TLP2844. Trying to print some labels this week, and the only option we get is 'Print to File'. In the Print window, where is says Location, it shows FILE.

We have not changed any settings at all on the software, or printer since the last time we used it. We have tried reinstalling the Bartender software but it doesn't make any difference.

Can anyone please help and advise how we can get this to actually print.

  You cannot change this within BarTender itself but must go into the settings/Properties of your printer in your Control Panel and correct the port that your printer is connected
