Duplicate Label Print

Hi,

We’ve installed the latest edition of BarTender within our environment. Oddly enough, the software is multiplying our print request by a factor of three. For example, I initiate a print of two barcodes and six are printed. Any idea what could be causing this behavior?

  Double check in the driver itself that the the number of copies is set to 1 as this well effect the number printed

  Hi,

  Figured it out. I recreated the label in 2019 R5. That resolved the issue.
