Getting Printable label

What is the best method to get a Printable file of the labels from Bartender?  Our requirement is to generate files and send it to a Print agent for printing. Currently we are using PRN/ZPL files but since ZPL contains the all printing parameters ( Eg : printing speed ) print agent having a hard time working with it. 

Is there's a file format similar to PDF where can use for this?

  You could just print to PDF. Or, if possible and assuming you are not using any graphics, get your printing program to skip to the third ^XA in the PRN filea nd process the data from there as that will then skip all the base printer settings.
