Hi,

where can I find the GM 1724-A standard template in bartender?

  As long as you used the default installation options that format can be found in either a Samples label folder in your default BarTender label formats folder or else in Documents>BarTender>BarTender Documents>GM folder (I think the exact location is dependent on what version of BarTender you are running)
