How to delete the driver successfully?

Hi Support,

I ran command "pnputil -e" to list the drivers, and ran "pnputil -d oem13.inf" to delete this Seagull driver, but failed with an error "Deleting the driver package failed : One or more devices are presently installed using the specified INF."

The fact is I'd already deleted all the printers and ports in system and rebooted.

Could you please suggest how to fix it?

  Resolved.

  I ran "DriverWizard" to remove all the things(driver & printers). After doing that, the command ran successfully.
