Custom Label page layout

I was wondering if anyone knows if it's possible to custom layout printing label sets as per the picture below? I have a customer who has roles of these and I was not able to label design it to print all the information as per the layout below.

  Hi Victor,

  This is possible by treating the whole area as one large label and during the label design, segmenting the labels into individual areas. You can layout vertical and horizontal lines where the label gaps are to make it easier to edit the label.
