Adding Shift to Tab special character in a barcode

Dear Barcode enthusiast, 
I'm using BarTender to encode some commands in a 2D data matrix code to parse some text fields. I'm inserting tab <<HT>> from special characters to move to right/forward. However, I need to move back/left to the previous field, in the keyboard I achieve this by pressing shift+Tab, how can I add Shift to HT to do this? Alternatively, or is there a backwards/left Tab?

  Not sure if this will work but have you tried adding a Shift IN command and then the TAB from the Control Codes section (accessed via the Omega button to the side of the Data Source box)
