insert variable not working

hi all

l have created an intergration by following the videos ,on testing this works fine but when l try ti insert variables , the insert variable screen does not even pop up and the intergration screen completely freezes. Has anyone had this issue ?

  Sorry unable to test this myself at the moment but have you ticked the Print Document>Print Option Overrides>Prompt for Data Input box to force BarTender to become "visible" ?
