I have installed a driver for my Intermec PM43 Label printer and the label unit measuring  in Preference into driver is at in (inches). How can I change to mm or cm through driver?

  The printer is a 203 dpi/dots per inch printer and so is expecting the commands to be sent to it in this format and so I doubt you can change the driver settings to work in millimetres. You can adjust this when working on a label design itslef in BarTender from the File>BarTender Documnet Options > View Options
