프로그램 설치후 실행이 되지않고 다음과 같이 오류안내가 떠서 문의드립니다..

Batender security center가 제대로 작동하려면 명령줄에서

‘Seagull.Security.Center.exe / register’를 실행하여 등록해야 합니다

이렇게 오류안내가 떠서 실행하지 못하고있습니다

실행 방법을 안내 받고싶습니다.

  It sounds like you are installing an old version of BarTender (pre Bartender 2019)  and it has not installed correctly. You could try repairing the install or reinstalling it.  

  If not you will need to open a Command Prompt and browse to the folder where the Seagull.Security.Center.exe is located and type in Seagull.Security.Center.exe/register to get the system to recognise it (this is from memory as I haven't installed an old version like this for a number of years)
