Assistance is needed for our RFID Scanner
Dear,
Sadly, the only quality inspector authorized to use the attached Reader is now on disability till next month and the backup inspector to scan and verify the printed RFID labels has no account nor an access to do what's needed.
Not too familiar on what's needed to set the backup inspector with his laptop up to enable him, download the link/App, create an account and all that is needed to continue the final verification step.
Kindly advise with some direction and what is needed from my end to have an additional quality inspector's Laptop set up.

The setup help is needed for an Existing Scanner

BarTender just prints the labels/encodes the tags and doesn't read them. I would suggest you should contact for scanner supplier/manufacturer for help with this
