Update 2022 => 11.4 uncompatible license

Hello,

I update existing version 2022 to new 11.4 follow your recommendation:

* uninstall BarTender Suite 2022 (I select first license option during uninstall = keep license for next installation)

* install new version 11.4

* License dialog find existing license (...-MG6G), but it's shading with note License doesn't support actual version). Button recovery does nothing.

What can I do for activating product?

  Are you just updating a client installation? The Administration Console that holds the licence needs to be v11.4. Older clients (2019 and upwards) can connect to an 11.4 Licence but not the other way round and so you need to update the software on the licence PC/server first to be able to connect to 11.4
