Issues with printers and Licencing

I am testing a install of Bartender 11.4 and have no installed printers on the windows 11 at all. I am using the built in PDF printer.

All worked fine the first print from Integration Builder the next had

Any ideas what to do as this will no longer work so testing before my customer goes for the install has stopped.

 

Have found the list of printer in Administrator Console 

And there is only the PDF

 

Any Ideas?

  Found this issue, had my serialisation wrong and was printing 28000 labels
