Reactivation BarTender

Hello,

We had to replace the computer on which the BarTender server was installed. We did not do a new installation of the system,  we just transferred the OS to a another new m.2 disk (ssd).
We are trying to activate an existing license and have a problem due to a hardware change. Is it possible to activate an existing license on a new computer or do we have to do a new installation?

  We have a customer having issue to reactivate the license to new PC. Attach is the license detail and error. Can your advise what is the issue for this.
