Upgrade to Bartender 2022
Hi Technical Support team,
We are trying to install new Bartender License Server 2022. Our current running version in our environment is Bartender 2016 R9. When we tried to activate License server 2022 it asked for product key and we tried to use existing product key ******* to get Provisional Activation option to run new version for 180 days testing. But we are not getting that option. It asked for deactivating******* from our current prod server. Which we can't do because of production box.
We have deactivated our 3 printer licensed QA server (support number*****) but we do not know the product key for this support number. Can you please provide the product key for 3 printer license server and let us try to activate and get Provisional Activation option to test 180days.
Also please suggest how we can get other way the Provisional Activation key for 180days.
