There are Bartender database backup logs since 2018, can we know the cleanup process?

  If you aren't using History Explorer or need to save a record of what has been printed previously, then there should not be an issue removing the older logs you no longer need. 

  In Administration Console>System Database>Maintenance you can adjust how often the the database is backed up and if you want to delete old records or back them up to a log
