Activation Denied

I recently received updated license information and attempted to install the software on a new computer. An error message stating "The product key code is still activated on another computer" pops up but that cpu was already reformatted and Bartender software wiped off. How do I go about deactivating from a device that is no longer usable?

  Old software was wiped off a computer that has since been retired, how do I go about freeing the software license to reinstall?

  You will need to request that Seagull's Technical team help out with this but you will need a valid Maintenance Agreement on the software for this
