Unable to use my Redemption Code
We've purchased 2 printer licenses and trying to activate / access Product Key using Redemption code. The system is throwing "There was a problem with your request. Please verify your retrieval code and try again." error. Please help us. Thanks

Am log in, but there is nothing where am able to update my profile

Cannot find the "Order Redemption" where I should Enter the Order Redepmtion Code.
