Data from a single row overflows in the next row

When I generate a dd file from my application, there are times when the data in a single row overflows to the next row, especially when the text on a single field is too long. This causes a mismatch in the values of the fields when read and printed by BarTender. Is there a way to fix this, such that the data do not overflow to the next row, using the Actions in Integration Builder?

  I would check the data in your trigger file to make sure it does not have any characters that match the delimitation you are using. For example, if you are use a comma delimited file then your data cannot contains commas in it otherwise they will be picked up by the Integration/BarTender as breaks in the data and so give you the results you are encountering
