Record selector and Process builder

I have 3 different templates that have product information (same product number but different size and info)  on them, some info is from a database and the rest is user input, the user input is the same in all 3 templates.

I am trying to achieve the following with Process Builder

1. Open label 1 (done)
2. Select record to print and enter user inputs. (done)
3. print label 1 (done)
4. Open label 2 (done)
5. Automatically select same record number as label 1 (this I cannot do)
6. Enter user inputs from label 1 into label 2 (done).

Despite reading many articles and watching numerous videos I cannot get a record selector to work across multiple labels, any help gratefully received.

  For anyone else struggling with this I found the problem, my named data sources for the part identifier were in separate databases, even though they had the exactly the same number they wouldn't link.  I tried adding the table to the original table with the database configuration tool in label designer but that didn't work either, I had to create one database, problem went away.

  Anyone else struggling with the lack of information and support for Process Builder?
