Changing Size of Multiple Documents at Once

So we have almost 500 documents but we are changing our lables from two columns to single and little bit smaller size 

How can i just change it instead of doing it one by one

  No that is not possible. 

  However, if your labels contain the same data each type (type of data and not the actual number and letters) then you maybe able to create a simple database with this information in and create a single label (or maybe a couple if the layout varies) that links to the fields in this database and so rather than the operators picking which label to print they instead open the label and pick the record/enter a search parameter that looks up the record to be printed.
