Bartender 2019 R10, issue moving license to new server

Hi,

I'm currently trying to move our current license server to a new server. (old server is being decommissioned)

Bartender is installed on the new sever and can be seen in the list of "Other License Servers"

I've tried to follow instructions to move the license server, but get an error "The license xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx cannot be moved to the server. the underlying connection was closes: An unexpected error on a receive?

 

Edit: We have now fixed the problem by deactivating the license on the original server and then activating it on the new server via "Try browser Instead" and going down the copy/paste code route to fix our issue.

For some reason BarTender is not even attempting to contact the licensing server (confirmed by our firewall)

But anyway, its all working now.
