Export To Itf Get Printer Support Error

Hello,

I have a licensed version of 9.4 Enterprise Automation and I want to export a template to a ITF format but I get a error that the Printer does not support the template capabilities.

I am using a Zebra ZM400 - 200 DPI and I would assume this will support this function so maybe I just am missing something with the configuration?

  We can only do ITF output to thermal printers that are using our drivers.  So you'll want to remove the Zebra drivers and get the Seagull drivers for that printer installed (the indicator there is it'll say 203dpi not 200dpi), Once that's done you should be able to create the ITF files you'd like to.
