Data Matrix Issue

Hi and Good Day everyone. I would really appreciate help from anyone of you.

According to the picture above, some of the data contains inside the data matrix are separated in between and i have followed exactly like the customer requested but the data are all stick together. Is there anyone know how to solve this?

Please do let me know how to solve it and i also provided my design at the attachment.

  Looks like some character (space?) are inserted - such as when Part Number is less than 12 digit, right pad by space character etc.

  (or simply some spaces are inserted.)

  You can do such in Datasource > Transforms tab > Number of characters >  Require minimum.

  Uncheck "Warn when minimum not met" otherwise you'll get error message at print.

  To determine what character actually encoded in the data matrix, you can use software reader for PC such as bcTester by QualitySoft.
