Using Rectangle/dot Combo Labels

I am creating labels for a research lab and they would like to use a rectangle and dot combo roll. Specifically Cryomax Labels JTT 103C1-1WH.

 

Is there a supported feature that I am missing inside barTender that makes this possible?

  Define the page label set-up to encompass both labels as a single label.  Use the non-printing template background image feature to lay down an image of the physical label outline to help the label designer arrange the design objects on the overall layout.
