Locking Down The Format

Hi, I am new to bartender (day 2) and i'm trying to make a label that has the same size fields in every label when i link to an excel spreadsheet.

I have created a template, locked down the fields then attached the database however when i scroll through the records the fields are changing size.

 

Any advise would be appreciated

  The fields or the font?

   

  I'm guessing on the text object you have the "Auto-Size" option checked

  The field itself is moving around the template.  I do not have "Auto-Size" checked.
