Guard Bars. Ok On Preview But Not In The Label.

Hi all. I'm using BarTender 10 with a printer TSC TTP-2410M with printing drivers by Seagull.
If I create an EAN13 barcode, the preview on the screen is correct but printing the label the guard bars, that i see on the preview, are not printed.
I tried to increase the length of the guard bars but the problem is not solved.
How can I fix it?

  Get in touch with TSC for the latest firmware of you printer.

   

  Alternatively, in the properties of the object, in the "Symbology and size" dialog click the "Print Method" button, and choose to have BarTender fully render the barcode.

  I tried to update the firmware of the printer, but to no avail.
  The problem is solved by changing the properties of the object every time before printing.
