No Data On Label When Using Custom Sql Statement

Ultimately - I need to concat fields from 2 tables to query (basically....RECIEPT_NUMBER+LINE_NUMBER on one table, the same info on another to get a LOT#)....

 

Can't seem to figure it out via all the Bartender panels (v10)

 

I do have the SQL statement written that gives me what I want, but when I run it...and select the entries...it claims on the fields are empty.  Is there a step I'm missing?

  just testing around....when I select the 'use custom statement' on an otherwise functional query, and don't make ANY changes to the statement....it no longer pulls data.

  Not sure on your question.  Are you wanting to specify two query prompt with which to query your database, or to join two values together to make a single value that you supply to a single query prompt?  Or are you trying to make a join between two tables in order to extract related data from both?
