Error Bartender Automation 2016 Error 1385

Hi 

 

 

we just bought a the bartender software and as we tried to install the Bartender Licensee Server on our Server. ( we tried user with all rights and administrator). We could not activate the version. we always got the error :

 

Bartender Security user unable to log on due to windows security policy. Please contact techincal support for assistance. ERROR 1385 . 

 

 

We started to run the application manually and got the error code 16777217. 

 

It would be great if someone could help me on this because we really need the software. 

 

 

i had the application running on a solo pc but my other co workers need the software too at now thats why we want to install on our server.

  Do you have security center turned on?  If so, turn it off and give it a go.

  Hi, 

   

  We are running BarTender UltraLite and have been using it for 1 year. 

  Due to an update of our Windows 10 the program will not start. 

  We get the same "Bartender Security user unable to log on due to windows security policy. Please contact techincal support for assistance. ERROR 1385 ." message even if the security center is turned off. 

   

  What´s the next step?
